  1. Define the composition and functional aspects of the oral microbiome, and explain its role in the initiation and progression of oral diseases in children.

  2. Describe how oral microbial ecosystems are influenced by local and systemic factors, and evaluate their potential impact on systemic health.

  3. Discuss the importance of oral microbiome research and targeted management strategies for improving both oral and systemic health outcomes in pediatric populations.
