Learning Objectives: 

  • Define clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP).
  • Appreciate the origins of (some) CHIP during development.
  • Learn about preclinical modeling of CHIP in zebrafish.
  • Explore current studies in the Avagyan lab on CHIP and genetic predisposition to blood cancers.
