Pediatrician-leaders transforming healthcare for underserved children.

PLUS provides leadership training, experiential opportunities and mentorship to develop leaders equipped to make systematic and lasting improvements to child health. PLUS provides a foundation from which its graduates will build careers that improve the health of underserved children through service innovation, policy, research & community engagement.

Through a unique blend of classroom lessons, targeted mentorship, and project-based applications, PLUS trains the passionate advocates of today to be the leaders of tomorrow.

Program Participants
