Pediatrician-leaders transforming healthcare for underserved children.

Mission:

PLUS provides leadership training, experiential opportunities and mentorship to develop leaders equipped to make systematic and lasting improvements to child health. PLUS provides a foundation from which its graduates will build careers that improve the health of underserved children through service innovation, policy, research & community engagement.

The training for this program is integrated with the Categorical Pediatric Residency Program at UCSF to include all components of clinical training to maintain the high standard of clinical care required to practice General Pediatrics.
