  1. Differentiate faculty coaching from traditional mentorship and other faculty development models
  2. Describe the rationale for faculty coaching as a distinct approach to professional development in health professions education
  3. Review the design and implementation of a pilot faculty coaching program aimed at building pediatric educator skills
