Abstract
A toddler presented with hematemesis a few weeks after ingesting a penny. Workup revealed an esophageal lesion communicating with an aortic pseudoaneurysm in the setting of bacteremia. is an oropharyngeal bacteria known to cause fistulas when introduced into tissue planes. ().
