Patient Care
The Pediatric Rheumatology Clinic provides evaluation and treatment for rheumatic diseases, such as juvenile idiopathic (rheumatoid) arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile dermatomyositis, vasculitis and scleroderma. The treatment team includes pediatric rheumatologists, physical and occupational therapists, social workers and nurses, who coordinate community-based follow-up services, when needed. We also perform evaluations of musculoskeletal complaints, fevers of unknown origin and multisystemic diseases.
To book a new patient appointment, please obtain a referral from your primary pediatrician, or have a PPO insurance plan that does not require a referral.
