  1. Recognize the evidence-based approaches to mentorship in academic medicine.
  2. Compare & contrast mentorship approaches in Med & Peds and what we can learn from each other.
  3. Identify best practices for mentorship -Strategize and collaborate on innovative aspects related to mentorship dilemmas.
