  1. Identify key diagnostic and treatment challenges in pediatric myasthenia gravis.
  2. Describe the mechanisms, efficacy and toxicity of gene therapy across pediatric neurological diseases.
  3. Discuss how the treatment of autoimmune diseases like myasthenia gravis inform the management of complications of gene therapy.
