Continuing Medical Education in Pediatrics
The UCSF Office of Continuing Medical Education, as part of the UCSF School of Medicine, offers educational opportunities for physicians and other health care professionals who wish to improve their skills as practitioners. UCSF is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and offers over 200 courses a year, including grand rounds certified for CME credit. These programs cover all medical specialties and serve more than 13,000 participants annually. The Department of Pediatrics offers two major programs to support continuing medical education.
