Duncan Henry, MD

Duncan Henry, MD is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Critical Care. He is the Associate Program Director for Assessment in the UCSF Pediatric Residency Program. He helped found and served as the inaugural Director of the FamiLy InteGrated Healthcare Transitions (FLIGHT) Program, a complex care and care coordination program for technology dependent children. He currently serves as the Medical Director for the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Pediatric ICU at Mission Bay. His academic career focus is on graduate medical education with a research focus on equity in assessment, entrustable professional activities, and the intersection of identity and feedback.
