Duncan Henry, MD

Duncan Henry, MD is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Critical Care. He became the Program Director for the UCSF Pediatric Residency Program in July 2024 after serving for 8 years as the Associate Program Director for Assessment. He helped found and served as the inaugural Director of the FamiLy InteGrated Healthcare Transitions (FLIGHT) Program, a complex care and care coordination program for technology dependent children. He recently served as the Medical Director for the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Pediatric ICU at Mission Bay. His academic career focus is on graduate medical education with a research focus on equity in assessment, entrustable professional activities, and the intersection of identity and feedback.
